#Unfounded Speculation
Hey! Just read on ENS that Samsung bought a license from a company in Britain
called Advanced RISC Machines LTD (ARM). The article said Samsung will embed
ARM chip technology in products to be developed jointly by Samsung and ARM.
(Unfortunately, no mention of the dreaded C= or our illustrious Amy:( Thought
it was interesting news, though…. IF, and I fully realize that this is a BIG
IF, Samsung _is_ in the process of buying Amiga from C= (or something
similiar), this _might_ (as in, have you purchased lottery tickets lately?)
indicate a possibility (as in snowball and Hades) of a RISC Amiga in the future
(if dreams do come true once in a while). Say, does anyone have the phone
number of Samsung's US HQs? I know I could find it in the library myself, but
I'm feeling a little lazy… MAYBE Samsung would tell us something if we just
asked (yeah, right!)
