"it's almost like a media blackout" It really isn't. Even though it's been delisted, Commodore is still a publicly held company and subject to the rules of the SEC. Any developments having a material effect on the company must be reported in a timely manner lest Commodore's management itself face costly lawsuits. Commodore's creditors as well also have a right to material information on the company's prospects. As the liquidation itself gets underway, there will be regular reporting to the Bahamian court as well. So, unless Commodore management and its trustees are deliberately trying to get themselves sued, you can reasonably assume that there's no news of substance to be reported. Jerry
