"We make" sometimes means "we wrote the manual, we bundled the cable, we
created the packaging." No, they didn't wire, screw and solder the
monitor together, but for all reasonable intents and purposes *to an end-
user*, CEI is the manufacturer.
This is the same thing that happens with a lot of products and a lot of
companies. The name badge on the product doesn't necessarily represent a
factory.
