Yes, but all of them are 486/66DX2 and work great (also Gigabyte
mother -board). I think that they havn't tuned in every parameter in
the CMOS setup properly so I'm trying to change things one at a time
to se what happens. The strange thing is that it works for a while,
everything from 2 to 15 frames before the strange error message!? I
have just added one WAITSTATE for the RAM memmory acces and renderd
18 frames soo far and everything seems to work? Is the pentium to
fast for my RAM? I'll be back for more test reports.
Just a thought

What I realy would like to have is a testprogram to run on mashines
intended to be 3DS machines. That could realy force the system to
it's limmits. Some kind of benchmark and safety test. You will
propobly say "- You already have that test program 3D Studio- ever
heard about that!" But what would be nice is a slim
one-diskett-no-dongle program. That program could be sent out as a
test program to the hardware reseller saying -"Test this program and
phone me when you have the results". Then he could tune in the
computer for my or the customers needs. And one could more easely
test more than 2 or 3 systems before buying.
The program should test :
– Floating point math (speed and accurancy)
– RAM (speed and safety)
– SWAPDISK (speed and safety)
– SIMULATED RENDERING
could also test
– Display device (VIBRANT,RCPADI,VESA)
