The problem your running into is due to the built in FLC player in 3DS.
Currently, there is nothing that can help you with the 24x.
3DS v3 will solve this problem, but this does not solve your problem now.
We are working on a way for the driver to take over the FLC playing, but we
do not have any release data on when it will(or may) be available.
