Memory config questions
Hi. I have what has been turning out for me to be a configuration
nightmare. I'm really hoping I can get some hard advice on what to do from
the people here on the forum. Here's the situation, nothing too complex,
yet complicated nonetheless: I just got a new system, 66 Mhz IBM PS/VP
486DX2 with 32 megs of RAM. I also have a Targa 64+ and Windows. I have
Qualitas' 386-to-the-MAX as my memory manager. How should I have
everything configured for everything to work to it's full abililty? I'm
using the Targa in a 2 monitor setup. Basically, I need config.sys,
autoexec.bat and Targa information. I'm not sure how to set up the memory
manager either. What interrupts should be set? What about excluding areas
of RAM? I know I can't run 3DS from Windows, but do I have to reboot with
a different autoexec and config.sys to change between running windows and
3ds? I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Just ask if
you need some more information, or if I forgot to mention something.
