Dear Trent, Thanks for your help regarding my new toaster 4000's startup problems. I've tried everything you've suggested. The toaster card is secured in its slot, and no other programs are on the hardrive that might disrupt toaster startup. I've tried to boot with a sony industrial camcorder both with & w/o a tbc connected to input 1, and still, no luck. New Tek's support is nonexistent- I've called often and it just rings . . .
