#A1200 SCSI/RAM+ Problem

I just got my new GVP A1208 SCSI/RAM+ controller (for A1200) from Creative
Computers, CA. They told me that it includes the external SCSI 25 pin connector
(cable) wich you plug into port on the card. I didn't received this external
cable with my A1208. It also does not have the internal (26 pin) SCSI interface
soldered on the board as it showed on the box or in the manual. I want to know
if you install the external SCSI kit for these A1208 SCSI/RAM+ and I should
send my card to you or should I send the card back to Creative Computers for
replacing. I want to use the A1208 SCSI/RAM+ mainly with the external CD-ROM
and SCSI external HardDisk. So probably I will send it back to dealer.
Anyway, Let me know what do I need to install the external SCSI port. I have
just plain A1200/SCSI 0K RAM NO FPU.
