Two things:
First, the latest upgrade of AmigaDOS (2.1, I think?) comes with a driver
for the HPDJ500C… The upgrade is around $45 (you need the 2.04 ROM,
first).
Second: If your friend with the Amiga has CrossDOS, there's no problem. You
can download the file onto your IBM, onto a 720K floppy, and he can read it
off that disk with CrossDOS (the latest version just came out – and it
includes CrossPC [C
By the way, I have a DJ500C also, and love it!!
