The loading time seems unusually long. (By the way, thanks for the feedback on
the ATI card and the 3DSUPD.ZIP file cure.)
The way you've phrased it, it sounds as though you get faster startup times if
you have the ATI card configured for lower (say, VESA) resolutions like
640x480x256. It could be that the long startup comes from the Vibrant
configuration portion of the loading. I have not run into this before however,
so this is only a theory.
If you temporarily reconfigure for 640x480x256, then restart 3DS, are the
loading times still as long? Or does this "fix" the problem?
