OOPS
Darin,
I think you got me & Michael confused. <g> You replied to his message, but
address it to me. 🙂

I checked the docs for the SET LINE EDGE/FILL TO LINE EDGE and am still having
a little trouble understanding it. I will just have to keep working at it.

What are you having difficulty with? There've been several messages recently
that touched on how it's used. Where are you getting stuck?
Here, do this….add a sphere. Enter points mode. Pick DRAG BOX
selection method. Shift select the middle three cross-sections.
Delete them. Now enter edge mode. Shift select the bottom
cross-section of the top hemisphere. Select SET EDGE LINE. Now
Shift select the top cross-section of the bottom hemisphere. Select
FILL TO EDGE LINE. This will connect the two hemispheres with faces.
This is a simple example, but it shows you how it works. The real
power here is in that it's not necessary for the two edges you're
going to connect to have the same point count as is necessary with
the SKIN function. This SET/FILL EDGE LINE is also usefull in facing
holes in object geometry.
