Hi guys, Sorry to jump in…You *know* how much effort I've put into getting Imagine to run under OS/2…I paid attention to Mike's comment(s) over in AVENA. Mike's recent comment was that WinImagine will be released soon and will run under Widows95 and OS/2. Mike has confirmed that it will be Win32s 1.15 compatible which is what OS/2 3.0 can run. Here's a copy of the dialog: <<Mike Halvorson>> …The tact right now is to do Imagine in Win32s, it seems that it has to be native, with all the windows goodies… <<Wayne Parham>> …Word from Big Blue is that OS/2 V.3.0 *does* support Win32s V.1.15. If Imagine 4.0 is compiled with an SDK that uses this version – you'll be able to sell to OS/2 customers same as Win95. You'll be able to support it without a hitch and IBM will stand behind you… <<Mike Halvorson>> …We will be able to deal with OS2, it does not seem that there will be any problems… So anyway, this is the direction that Impulse appears to be taking for multitasking OS support on the Intel boxes. BTW, I've got RUN386.exe on order. Phar Lap says it'll run under OS/2. Thanks GreG. Now the baaaaaad news. It was <ouch!!!!!> $500.00. Still better than Lightwave. ABTW – Lightwave for the PC is shipping prerelease. It's a Win32 program too. One on the shelf at an A/V store in Dallas right now – $850.00. We should do an animation of burnt toast popping out of a "toaster"<g>! Later, Wayne Parham 74224,2176
