I'm getting Lightwave very shortly for the Windows platform. I'm
actually a writer/novelist who became so enamored with computer
animation that I've decided to form a multimedia company with a
colleague of mine, a man by the name of Paul Kellner who's currently
a producer/programmer with Interplay Productions in Irvine, CA.
Paul has urged me to start the search for a programmer and an
artist/animator for our multimedia productions. I feel totally out of
my depth here — but never discouraged! Do you have any tips for how
I can go about recruiting such people?
