>> The ST was dropped when the Falcon came out. The Falcon was semi-dropped when the Jaguar came out. Atari's plans are to weld the Jaguar and the Falcon together to get a fast home computer. They may have dropped those plans when they saw what happened to the Amiga. Atari never had the same success with the 16bit computers as their 8bits and consoles (a bit like commodore). The Falcon looks good, but has no real processor power as it only has a 68000. It gets it's speed from the customer blitters etc (sound familiar?) << Atari has dropped all production of computers to concentrate on selling the Jag. However, they've licensed the Falcon technology to another company (I don't remember who) that's going to sell a clone called the Falcon/030. I don't know any specifics about this other than what I've seen in the Atari forum (I bought the Amiga INSTEAD of an ST <g>) Tony
