It makes me think of a story in medecine. There has been a time that humans had
24 chromosome pairs. Nowadays, 23 are sufficient. Potential doctors did have
problems because they only saw 23. They HAD to see 24 and so they added a 24th
without ever having seen it… There are MANY such stories unfortunately.
