It's silly to think that some new company will bring back the outdated technology from the ashes and make the Amiga live again. It can't and won't… not in its most recent incarnation, anyhow. I don't think the Amiga is that dead. Yes, she's in a coma, and she's a bit behind the times AT THIS MOMENT, but if Escom is serious (a fact we still have to wait to find out. It is possible that she can be revived. I don't (and never did) expect her to outsell clones or Macs, but she could be viable if the resurection (sp?) is successful.
