Bart- It is, though. I have a 40MHz WarpEngine in my 3000, making it the fastest Amiga currently available, tied with a 4000 with a 40MHz WarpEngine, but both machines are WAY slower than the fast Pentiums and PowerMacs that are available for comparable prices. And the native Amiga display is, sadly, slower than what's available very cheaply in clone world for most tasks. As far as multitasking goes, I'd still take the Amiga, though OS/2 is catching up and has actually surpassed it in several areas. As far as pleasant user interfaces go, I'd take the Amiga, though again there are some features of other platforms that I'd like to see added. As far as applications… forget it. Word processing is my most important activity at this point, and neither of the two Amiga word processors have all the features I need. Otoh other platforms suffer from incredible feature bloat, so it's kind of a catch-22. But logic clearly dictates (<g>) that the longer the Amiga is in a coma, the further behind it will fall.
