Franklyn Wilson, the liquidator, just told me the deal was closed yesterday (Tuesday) in New York. Escom now owns the assets it bought on April 21. The Bahamian court approved the sale, just as the New York Bankruptcy Court had, Mr. Wilson said. Thanks for posting that!
