Open a shell or CLI window, cd to the directory with lha138.run in it, and type "lha138 .run" as a command. It should unpack itself, and you should get a file with the name "lha" (with some of the three letters being capitals). To uncompress a file called "junk.lha", type "lha x junk". lha will have to be on your path, so you might move lha to C:, or some other such place. (I don't know what you know, but you can type "path" with no arguments to get a list of directories that will be searched to find a command when you type it.) Good luck! Clay
