You should be able to copy (by hand, as it were) all the appropriate files
from your Workbench, et al, disks. I just had to re-install all my libraries,
and rather than go through the whole installation process I just found all the
libraries and copied them. There may need to be an assignment on your
startup-sequence file like this:
Assign >NIL: LOCALE: SYS:Locale
At least there is on mine. Make sure you put all the Locale files in a
directory of that name in Sys:
