FWIW, Folio is good, inexpensive engine when you don't need anything really
fancy. Quantum Kay Software I'm not familiar with. Lotus no longer
markets Bluefish (or so I was told last year), but they do sell a package
called SmarText, which has gotten mixed reviews.
