A CD-ROM package that I've used extensively is Innerview from TMS. It
comes as a stand-alone Windows app as well as a Windows API. I'm using it
for publishing technical documentation. It offers support for hyperlinks,
graphics, and word searching. If you have any specific questions about
this package let me know and I'll try to answer them or put you in touch
