Tim: I agree with you too…and we changing things to try and treat people that support us better. I can promise you that the next Pennello beta will be different, no paid beta testing..I am personally totally that sort of sordid thing. Just a little background about myself, I am relatively new to Xaos Tools (aka first month) and I am beginning to realize exactly what I have inherited. I cannot change the past, but we can try and make changes in the future. There have been a number of problems in past – price, paid beta programs, ie (I am sure you can add to this list) – and I am trying to see that these things change and at the same time listen to what the people that support us want. I know people have been rubbed the wrong way ("brushed over") and have a right to be venting your frustration, but how can we move on from here on a more positive note? I am open to your suggestions.
