Yup…. I have done several log homes. They are NOT fun. at least the way I did them. I built each log indivually with wood mapping (cyl). I even included the swed cove. I used shaper to build the log x-section and then lofted it. Applied material, and duped. The problem you have is putting in windows and doors. I had to adjust each log's length. I was unable to cut holes in wall s for w and doors. I added furniture and spinning fans and shazam…a log home. Because of all the curves etc, it took a while to render. I never did find any real good shortcuts….SW
