Chris, Another way to implement Premier with 3DS is with hardware like the Targa2k. With the IPAS supplied with the T2k, you can render directly to a compressed M-JPEG stream. This can be converted to AVI and then directly edited in Premier. I've done it and it works pretty well. Also with the PAR and the new MCI interface, you can do the same with the PAR. If you use RAZOR Pro, all of these interfaces are even easier. Razor Pro can use the native format for both the Targa2k and the PAR more directly than Premier. Hope that helps.
