Besides legal problems which I think are minor in this case you will also have
the technical problems of scanning a printed photo which will usually result in
some pattern of lines due to the beating of two DPI frequencies. I have never
been able to deal with this problem so I generally avoid scanning printed
photos.
Try the internet. seems you can find almost anything if you dig deep enough.
