NXP file uploads!
Greetings!
More NXP files are being uploaded tonight – they should be available in a
couple days! All the files uploaded tonight will be available in the library
of section 14 (NAAUG) of the ACAD forum.
Topics include two humor pieces – one from Robbie Creamer of the Sacramento AUG
on if my operating system were an airline (love this one!) and The Incomplete
and Abridged Computer Term Lexicon.
Also, there's a very indepth article from Dave Fulger of Robert McNeel & Assoc
on Windows 32-bit file access and disk access. (Good stuff!)
For you lispites (or lispies?) there's three articles of interest – Robbie
Creamer again solving everyday cad problems w/ lisp, Dave Pitzer of the Sonoma
County AUG working w/ ddmodify and ddchprop, and Jim Fisher of Marin County AUG
with a screen menu for layer setting. (cool lisps!)
If you find these articles useful (or any of the other NXP files) how about a
little feedback! You can leave me a message at the NAAUG address or at my
private email account – 74542,2471.
Also, if your user group is participating in donating materials how about
making my life easier and submitting computer files instead of hard copy!
Marin county AUG made my day by giving me files! It only takes me a few
minutes to ready a file – scanning a long article or a complex lisp is a time
consuming process. If you want to know more about how to submit files just
contact me at either email address.
Thanks so much to everyone who participates! Hope the articles are useful!
