Well, I unpacked this thing, loaded a 15mb project file, and it was hanging
during the "transforming objects" phase of the renderings. Brian here in tech
support correctly told me to remove a file called "power.exe" from my
autoexec.bat, which is some sort of power/idle management/green utility. I did,
and the problem went away. Apparently during long cpu activity, the utility
thought nothing was happening, and went to green mode. I already had an RMA
number from Dell!
What about 'little Al?
