Philip, What is Library of Congress doing to transfer the paper (and crumbling) books that our National heritage to CD-ROM discs? Can you tell us what the plans, schedules, and prices are, and how to purchase? I had heard that you are also the store house for many works done in foreign countries. For example, the entire library of the research unit of Hitler's Germany that successfully converted coal to gasoline, is in the U.S. somewhere. Do you have it? I've heard that both you and the library at Texas A&M has it. How do we get it, or other such? Especially on CD-ROM? Thanks! Jan
