Andrew,
You will be able to run the PAR on an NT machine once DPS release
the drivers for NT.
The current version of RAZOR doesn't run under NT but we are working
on a new version which should be ready June 1st which has been
optimised for NT. Its a total rewrite to take advantage of NT's capabilities
and its really fast. (when compared to running on the same machine
running 3.1)
