Thanks, I'll give it a shot. However, all other sound functions work fine. Would that mean I need an updated driver from HP? I ask because the events and .WAV files are correctly associated, and work when I use the Test button. If I need a driver from HP, would you happen to know which one? Sorry to keep bothering you; I know this isn't a major problem (or even a problem at all), but I'd like to activate this feature. Again, thanks for the assist.
