Thanks for the clear answer Andy. I checked $ with two local guys. One is $125, and wants a cart back. The guy I have long used wants $119 and doesn't need the cart because we have been doing biz quite a while, and because how can I give him one still in use and still good? I saw some notes here about problems with remanufactured or refilled carts and I have always had good results with this guy so will see. Maybe I need only brand new $199 carts but so far doubt it. Crossing my fingers.
