MIO ERROR – PAIN

I ha ve had a Laser 4M+ for over a month now and still get "MIO NOT READY
ERROR". In the install info, it warns I'll get this message the first time
what it will "go away" if I wait. It suggested to remove the MIO card then
replace it so on all future intializations, I will not get the error. HP in
it's infinite wisdom doesn't tell you WHAT the NIO card is … where it is to
be removed and replaced ( I have no additional cards installed)) and there is
NO mention of it in the docs! This is a super pain and there should be help
somewhere to clear this dumb situation up so I don't wait an extra five minutes
every time I turn on my printer.
Please advise and, another thing … where in the docs is there a support
phone number?? A well kept secret by HP???
