I've never contacted Softwood through CIS, only through the phone. I called
after purchascing Final Copy II/2 (? might have the numbers off). I'd spoken
with several people who had contacted Softwood with the same issues I raised.
I'd hoped they'd change it in Final Writer, but no such luck.
