I've worked with a Pantone book that gives you the RGB equivelents #s.
Depending on your application (Print, Trans, Video) you should always choose
your color space at the start and stick with it. Avoid CMYK<>RGB
transformations like the plague :^) Just a friendly tip.
And NEVER trust your monitor, go with the #s.
