I think there's been a little confusion about the vesa drivers for the
24X.
When I use my Diamond SpeedStar 24 I have to load the vesa driver using
the VMODE VESA command. However, I don't have to do anything in order
for
the Diamond SpeedStar 24X to work correctly. AAPLAYHI recognizes the
fact
the the 24X supports VESA internally and makes these options available
from the start.
