Also Chuck, Keep in mind regarding the drives…. Must of us bought the ones approved by Newtek to be assured of performance……In the last three months the prices have droped drastically….that means if we would have waited we could have saved thousands. It makes the question of drives even harder to swallow. I would also like to suggest that Newtek keep later office hours. At least for Customer and tech support. Why should us West Coasters have to deal with your time Zone. I would love to get a manual!!! At NAB they said they were going right out. Since then I have been told they were in the mail.
