Hi, I am now in the same boat as you and the other users. waiting for the word on the drives and other things. I'll sure do what I can and I _do_ understand how you can feel the way you do. All I've ever tried to say is that we _all_ need to give them the COMPLETE story with as much info as poss. (vs. "Gee it don't work!" I do think things are getting better and that you and others have really become helpful in getting NT to give out the info and/or figure out the problems!
