I was very interested in reading your
<Interactive Multimedia in the High Performance Organization: Wealth Creation
in the Digital Economy. The program identifies the impact of networked
interactive multimedia on business and market strategy, organizational high
performance and technology infrastructure. It includes industry analysis, case
studies, and a market survey.>
I used to be Marketing Director for an abortive early attempt to create an
"electronic marketplace" called AMIX (The American Information Exchange), out
of Palo Alto/Mt. View, CA, that was funded by Autodesk until they cut the
strings. A very interesting scheme built on Hayekian market economy to enable
individuals to transact digital goods and services electronically.
George Mason University in Virginia had a group of economists (notably Howie
Baetjer) called the Agora (greek for "market"), that would be worth contacting.
