Don't know of any offhand, though I'm wondering if you couldn't just shoot the
screen as is for monitor background sequences, and "dump" the monitor signal to
tape and do a film-tape transfer for the sequences where reading what's on the
monitor is crucial. I take it you really need to see what's going on?
