I've been told the scrolling is possible ONLY with a card using the ET4000
video chip. I dunno for sure if this is exclusively correct but it came
from knowledgeable sources. Magni makes this sort of genlock card. I dunno
what AVer's card is based on. Maybe Gary can say.
