#Create video films?
PLEASE. I'm trying to take advantage of the multimedia capabilities of Windows
3.11 and I have a 486/66 w/16 MB of RAM and a 420 MB HD. I have a spigot video
input card and a SB 16 sound card with a Sony CD-ROM.
I'm really interested in creating videos from my desktop computer. Short 15-30
min videos that can have commercial value later on. I want them to look real
professional so I want to be able to edit sequences, add some effects, be able
to gradually superimpose sequences of frames on top of another, for instance ,
and of course be able to add letters, titles to them.
I have tried to do short captures from video tapes and it doesn't seem to be
difficult to do it using VidEdit or VidCap, but the result is not professional
looking plus it takes too long to complete with my current configuration. Any
suggestions? What software and/or hardware should I use?
