One other point to remember if you do need the multiple lenses of the L2. For about the same cost as the stablized glass, you could pick up a gyro (K4, etc.). while you would still need the glass, you could use ANY lens and have substantially better performance. This also means that any fast Canon teles that you may already have for still work can do double duty without having to be mounted on concrete <BG>. Hope this helps some. Good day and good light, T.
