#Scene Transition Detect?
I'm looking for circuit ideas or references to existing products or
literature that would help me to design or procure a scene transition
(cut) detector. The device has to reliably distinguish cuts from all
other activity in the image, and it must function correctly in VTR
fast search modes. Any assistance would be appreciated.
