Now, maybe they're *staying* higher than they should have been otherwise now that the factory's up and running full-speed again, but I suspect that's less govt. intervention (though being it's Japan, I'm sure that's also a factor) than the companies selling the chips wanting to keep the prices higher so they're not exactly *giving* the chips away…
