Can anyone recommend a fully configured system to do titling, frame grabbing, and transtions for an IBM compatible? < Check out the Fast Video Machine/Video Machine Lite–while it doesn't have built-in titling or animation software like the Toaster does, it's capable of "printing to video" titles/animations you generate in other programs (like your word processor!). It also has a built-in edit controller and digital frame buffers (serves a similar function as time base correctors), so you don't have to buy those separately.
