Viewpoint has such a mesh of the Statue of Liberty, maybe they'll cut
you a student deal on it. Failing that, I needed the same mesh
awhile back and resorted to a bitmap image pasted to a 3DS "card"
which worked great as I just zipped past the statue in my animation.
I modeled a simple base but used the bitmap for the statue's body.
