#Photomatic dwnld ???

I had *No news* fm your pals about the money that was perceived fm my Visa card
account few months ago (cf "Letter fm France" thread); nor did I get any free
software (promised on the phone by Peter)…
Well, France is bloody far I suppose!!!
Anyway, it's not the purpose of my message. Here is the point: could you be
kind enough to tell me the *actual* procedure for downloadind Photomatic fm
your Daystar WWW site?
I went there, filled the submission form, send it… and nothing seemed to
happen, but the return of my message to my own e-mailbox!!!
Sure I did something wrong. I recon I'm not too familiar with Netscape yet…
But still, Help me please! 😉 Charles
PS: Should I wait till it gets possible to exchange the 66Mhz cpu of my PPro
601 board for a 100Mhz one, or is this definitely unlikely to ever happen ( due
to the fact that the 100Mhz boards don't look quite like the 66/80Mhz ones) and
then I'd be better off sticking to this cpu and getting the 1Meg cache (offered
since) right away ?
What about the famous Daystar Upgrade Policy in my case ? 🙂
PPS: (this is becoming too long a message, you're right Greg) Another thing: I
have recently upgraded to Sytem 7.5.1 etc… and I wondered if there is an
*official* way of doing so with my board (I have a Quadra 700 230/20Mo on
motherbaord + 32Mo on PPro 601).
I actually managed to succeed installing everything, but maybe installing the
system on Power cpu and then re-installing it while on 68040 cpu doesn't get
you the lightest system there is… What do you recommand as THE authorized way
?
(BTW easy install procedure didn't seem enough to be able to switch back to
68040)
