>I'll think kindly of you every time I paint a texture now……. I get a warm feeling 🙂 Now, I still create my textures in 24 bit (KPT and other filters work better). But when I'm done with them, I use PaintShop Pro (shareware), to drop it to 8 bit. PSP maps palettes brilliantly, and it is hard to tell the difference. Ian
