No it doesn't seem to be the palet.
I've had an fli with 8 frames. Importing it into Premiere 1 showed only 7
different frames and all that I could get to output was real jerky.
Maybe the palet thing occurs while converting with GWS. Actually I don't knoe
why there should be a problem when converting from 8 to 24 bit.
